A slowly accumulating knowledge base of conversations, explanations, and thinking out loud about what it actually is to be alive.

Free. Accessible to anyone. Published on YouTube because, of all the platforms, it is the one designed to accumulate rather than scroll past.

Why this exists

Most of what I want to share with the world does not fit into a coaching session, a course, or a single sales page. It is more sprawling than that. The questions I have been sitting with for the last decade do not respect product categories. They do not stay tidy.

So I built a place where the long-form thinking can live freely. The channel is where I publish whatever I am currently turning over. A new angle on a familiar question. A bridge between two disciplines that do not usually talk to each other. A walk-through of something from the Salvador Teachings that I have been integrating. A response to something I read last week that I cannot stop thinking about.

I chose YouTube because, unlike most social platforms, the content there has a permanent home. Videos are searchable. They can be organized into playlists. They can be returned to. They can be shared with someone who needs them next year, not only today.

That matches what I am actually trying to build here. Not content. Knowledge that lasts.

What you will find

More than 160 videos so far, with the channel barely into its second year.

Topics range across consciousness, the human energy anatomy, psychology, the inner experience of being alive, the bridges between traditions, and the practical questions of what to do with all of it when life is asking you the harder questions.

There is no formal curriculum, and I am in no hurry to impose one. The channel grows the way my own thinking grows. Slowly. With care. In the order that topics actually come up in lived experience, rather than in the order a syllabus would dictate.

If you wander through, you will find some videos that meet you where you are today, and others that may meet you later, when a different question is alive in you.

On service

If a particular video lands for you, let me know. Knowing what is useful to people shapes what I make next.

Whoever you are, whatever brought you here: I am glad you found this place. Take what is useful. Leave the rest. Come back when you need to.

This channel is free, and it will stay free. I publish what I am moved to publish, when I am moved to publish it, because there is something in me that needs to share what I have spent so long studying. It is one of the ways I have chosen to serve.
