work with me
You are whole. You have not lost who you are. You have lost access to who you are.
Coaching for people who refuse to choose between rigor and depth.
What this work is
My coaching is built for people who think for a living. Lawyers, doctors, consultants, executives, founders, academics, therapists, coaches. People whose minds have served them well, who have built outwardly successful lives on exactly that quality, and who are starting to notice that their usual toolkit cannot reach the question their inner life is now asking.
I do not work from the premise that something is wrong with you. I work from the opposite premise: that you are whole, and that what you have lost is not who you are, but access to who you are. Coaching here is the work of helping that access return.
What I bring to this work
This is integrative coaching. Three streams shape how I work.
First, a rigorous contemporary coaching foundation through Alyssa Nobriga's signature program at the Institute for Coaching Mastery, where I am currently being trained. This gives our work a clear methodology, present-tense inquiry, and a structure that respects how change actually happens in adult human beings.
Second, nearly a decade of deep immersion in consciousness and energy-based understanding, including the Salvador Teachings, a body of knowledge brought through the work of Christiane Hansmann. This is what gives me a structural sense of what is happening underneath your thoughts, your emotions, and your behaviors. The deeper layer where patterns are actually held.
Third, my own lived experience as a former corporate lawyer who walked exactly the kind of inner journey I now help others walk. I know the territory from the inside.
When useful, I also bring lighter lenses such as the Enneagram into our work. These are tools, not foundations. We use what serves you and leave the rest.
How we work together
-
We begin by slowing down. The work cannot start while you are still managing, performing, or rushing. We make space for you to land. We strengthen the inner observer. We meet what is present with more honesty and less judgment.
This is the ground. Without it, every other movement is just more thinking.
-
From there, we look at the deeper patterns that have shaped your experience. How you protect yourself. How you seek safety. What you avoid. What drives you. Where you get stuck.
I bring in the energy anatomy understanding I have integrated over the last decade to look at the inner cycle underneath a recurring issue. The beliefs that hold it in place. The emotional patterns that feed it. The body responses that keep the old reality stable.
This is not labeling. It is bringing compassionate clarity to patterns that may once have served you, and that no longer reflect who you actually are.
-
Once a pattern becomes clear, we can work with it more deeply. Through inquiry, attunement, structured inner work, and gentle release, you begin to loosen identification with the old pattern and access a truer movement from within.
We do not stop at insight. We work toward a real inner shift, and then we look at how that shift wants to move into your actual life. Into your decisions, your relationships, your work, your boundaries, and the way you meet yourself each day.
Format
We meet either online via Zoom, or in person at my practice near Göttingen, Germany. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, depending on what we are working with.
I work in packages rather than one-off sessions, because meaningful inner work needs continuity. The exact shape of an engagement we discuss together before we begin.
The brainLight option, for in-person clients
If you are coming to the practice in person, you also have the option to combine our coaching with a brainLight session. Either as preparation before a coaching session, as part of a longer day at the practice, or with a guided meditation layered into the experience.
The brainLight is a gentle, technology-supported way to drop into a deeply relaxed and connected state. From a relaxed and connected state, inner work tends to land more clearly and integrate more easily.
This work may be useful for you if
you keep repeating patterns you already understand intellectually, but still cannot shift
you feel outwardly capable, but inwardly disconnected
you long for change that is both deep and grounded
you want to understand yourself more clearly without reducing yourself to a label
you sense that a more authentic way of living is asking to emerge
What you can expect
My coaching is gentle, deep, honest, and attuned.
I bring warmth, intuition, structure, and presence. I will meet you with compassion, and I will also help you see the patterns that keep you small, separate, or stuck.
Our work is not about becoming a better-performing version of your personality.
It is about reconnecting with what is true and creating from there.
What this work is, and what it is not
This is not quick-fix coaching. It is not motivational. It is not about forcing yourself into a more polished version of who you think you should be.
It is deep, practical, heart-centered work for people who want to understand the patterns they have been living from, reconnect with what is true, and create change from that place. It can stand on its own, and it can sit supportively alongside therapy or other forms of care. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatry, or medical treatment where that kind of support is needed.
Take the next step
IIf something in you is whispering that it is time for a new chapter, I would be honored to support you.
I am opening four coaching spots mid August 2026. The way to begin is to apply for a complimentary 60-minute clarity session, which I offer a limited number of each month. I review each application personally and reach out if it feels like a supportive fit.
If we connect, the clarity session is a gift, a chance to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and gain clarity on your next step, with no pressure or obligation.
If the conversation feels aligned, we can also explore together what ongoing coaching might look like. The intention is always clarity first, and sometimes a single conversation is enough to shift how you see what is possible.
